Meet Kamil & Faisal Rajpoot
Kamil and Faisal Rajpoot are brothers who share a passion for providing exceptional care to seniors and supporting families during some of life’s most important transitions. Together, they bring years of hands-on experience in the Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE) industry, with expertise spanning daily operations, regulatory compliance, admissions, staffing, resident care, and the Assisted Living Waiver (ALW) Program.
As owners and operators of licensed RCFE homes, Kamil and Faisal understand that outstanding senior care goes beyond meeting basic needs, it means creating a warm, safe, and welcoming environment where every resident is treated with dignity, compassion, and respect. Their commitment to excellence is reflected in every aspect of their homes, from carefully selecting and training caregivers to maintaining the highest standards of personalized care.
