We proudly accept residents through the Assisted Living Waiver (ALW) Program as well as private pay residents. Our team can help guide families through the ALW placement process.

For residents utilizing the Assisted Living Waiver Program, any required share of cost is determined by the appropriate state/county agencies based on the resident’s financial eligibility and benefits. Private pay rates vary depending on room type and level of care.

Each resident receives a personalized care assessment prior to move-in. We review medical history, physician documentation, mobility, cognitive status, and daily care needs to create an individualized care plan.

Yes, residents may continue receiving hospice, home health, physical therapy, and other approved outside healthcare services while residing in our home.

Unlike large facilities, our intimate 6-bed home offers a more personalized, family-like environment with higher caregiver attention, individualized care, and a quieter home-like setting.
